Mandarin Orange Cake

Cake is a great dessert for birthdays or just for a special occasion. Orange Mandarin cake is a change from the ordinary cakes everyone makes. You will have your guests talking about this cake for days.

Things You'll Need:

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
6 tbs oil
5 tbs milk
Bowl
Mixer
Spoon
cake pan

Instructions:

Step 1
Stir with spoon 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Step 2
Mix 2 eggs, 2 small cans mandarin oranges drained and 1 teaspoon vanilla until oranges dissolve.

Step 3
Put in ungreased pan and bake at 350 degrres for 40 minutes.

Step 4
While cake is baking mix 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, 6 tabelspoons of oil and 5 tablespoons of milk. Place these ingredients in a pan and bring it to a boil. When the cake is finished baking let it cool and then top it with this mixture.
