CHEESECAKE
CHEESECAKE
1 1/4 c. graham crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. melted butter. Mix and pat into 9×13 pan. 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla. Beat with mixer until creamy and pour over crust. Bake 15-30 minutes until light brown around edges only. Cool and top with pie filling. Keep refrigerated.
APPLE CRISP
Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch glass pan with water. Sprinkle with cinnamon (depending on taste). Slice apples (of your choice) and layer over water in p. Mix the following and add to apples: 1 c. flour 1 stick butter, broken in small pieces, on top of sugar and flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
DOCTORED CAKE
1 box Jiffy white cake mix, 1 can pie filling (any fruit), 1 stick butter, 3/4 c. quick oatmeal, 1/4 c. nuts. Blend cake mix and oatmeal. Pour pie filling into buttered cake pan. Place cake mixture on top of filling. Sprinkle nuts over top. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
